Our brand-new Youth Forum allows football players and young people to have a say in how we run our league!
How does it work?
The Youth Form has 4 positions, filled from a minimum of 2 different clubs, ideally a mix of boys and girls.
The Youth Forum members meet twice per season, once at a full committee meeting and once as their own Forum.
What do the youngsters do?
-Represent the league at community/league events.
-Act as role models/mentors for the league.
-Collect, collate and feedback ‘players’ views to the committee.
-Suggest ways we could improve the league and competitions.
-Volunteering
-Get involved in any National youth projects linking with Staffordshire FA and Youth Council.
What will you gain from joining?
– Develop your confidence within the forum.
– Develop and gain new skills you can eventually use in the workplace.
– Help develop the league and make a real difference.
– Boost your CV and work chances.
– See your suggestions become reality!
How do I apply?
To apply you will need your parents permission and support. A short application form will need to be complete. This is here:
